Why are you applying for this position: I am applying for this position in order to move up in rank due to the rank requirement placed on GB's. I also feel I have demonstrated the responsibility and devotion required to move up in rank.
Why do you feel you deserve this position: I feel as though I have proved my dedication to AFA by attending practically every practice (missed one) since my recruitment, and I greatly enjoy participating in GB's. I have been, and will be available at almost any time to participate in GB's if other members bail out.
How could you help AFA in this position: With arms like these, I would be a greater asset to AFA in that I will be further allowed to participate in GB's, which I enjoy, as well as being able to help any recruit with any newbie questions or situations.
What do you feel is missing in AFA or needs to be fixed: I've noticed a lack of GB's recently... If I'm a soldier, we could change that ;]
